Single-cell Immunoassay
We developed a microfluidic device for multiplexed protein measurement on single cells. The approach uses spectrally-barcoded beads that are delivered using automated sorting techniques (using real-time image analysis). We also created software tools in LabVIEW for controlling microfluidic valves, microscope and camera hardware.
