Single-cell Selection
We developed a microfluidic device for selecting single cells from bulk cell cultures on chip. This allowed phenotype driven cell selection (based on mobility, devision rate, morphology, fusion protein localization, etc) for targeted downstream analysis on chip. We tested cell survival after the selection process and confirmed viability using live/dead staining.
