We machined a universial stage holder and inserts for our Nikon Eclipse Ti motorized stage. The parts were machined in aluminum (ideally anodized black afterwards). The universial stage holder attaches to the stage using acrylic M3 flathead screws. The various inserts (well plate, 1x3 microscope slide, petri dishes, etc) are placed into the holder and can be easily swapped. The universial stage holder is compatible with our CO2 chamber for localized CO2 delivery.

We 3D printed a misplaced mirror mount for directing light from the rear microscope ports. The part fits our Nikon Eclipse TE2000-U inverted microscope and can be adjusted to align the light. The part was printed in ABS plastic to prevent warping due to heat.
